NEW at LIGHTHOUSE Croatia we are introducing the OASIS Floor, a serene retreat at the festival, dedicated to personal growth and relaxation.
 
Here, attendees can engage in activities such as Yoga, Meditation, Shiatsu, Tarot, Ecstatic Dance, Breathwork, Playfight, and Handicraft Work. Led by experienced practitioners, each activity aims to offer a meaningful and enriching experience.
 
The OASIS Floor is inclusive, and suitable for both beginners and seasoned practitioners, focusing on physical and mental well-being. Visitors can unwind, recharge, and return to the festival with fresh perspectives and ideas.
 
All Workshops are free of charge and included in your festival pass. A separate OASIS timetable will inform you about the daily program. Some activities are via RSVP. More info will be announced via the App before the festival starts.

They’ll share the magic of pottery, the basics of working with clay, and how you can create your own very special Leberkäs Pottery, functioning as incense stick holder.

BODY RESET

Relaxed nervous system - relaxed rave! This workshop is designed to introduce you to the healing power of your nervous system. You’ll learn tricks and tools for whenever you feel stressed, anxious or overstimulated. Whether you feel physical tension and chronic stress or you just want to enhance your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, this workshop is for everyone. 

Here’s what to expect:

Warm welcome: We’ll start with a quick introduction to your nervous system & its language. You will gain insights about the Vagus Nerve and the breath - both tools to create more regulation in your body and your nervous system. 

Mindful warm-up: We’ll do some easy movements to create presence in your body and a sense of embodied safety. It’s all about getting out of the head and tuning into your body instead.

Exploring your nervous system: Led by our guide, you'll be introduced to simple yet powerful exercises to manage stress and anxiety, balance your emotions and connecting with your body. We’ll explore different techniques you can do almost anywhere, no matter your fitness level. Feel free to ask questions anytime!

Diving deep: After learning different exercises we will continue practicing one of them longer to dive into a state of deep groundedness and relaxation. This is where the magic of regulating your nervous system starts. Closing Reflection: The workshop ends with a quiet moment for you to reflect and integrate and take some notes, if you want. We’ll finish with time for questions and sharing, allowing participants to discuss their experiences and insights.

What to bring: Just bring yourself in comfy clothes and a water bottle for hydration. We’ll prepare a workshop handout for you and you can take notes, if you want.

Why join? We all suffer from stress and/or anxiety sometimes and a festival can be quite overwhelming from time to time. While we often think we can destress, regulate our feelings and balance our body using only our mind, allow yourself to discover new transformative techniques to feel more calm and grounded.
