ACCOMMODATIONS
FOR GRAND LIGHTHOUSE BAD GASTEIN

First, please be aware that we do not offer packages that include accommodations. Therefore, each participant will need to book their own preferred options directly with the hotels listed below. Keep in mind that accommodation options in downtown Bad Gastein—particularly for larger groups or lower budgets—are likely to fill up quickly. Here are some key details to assist you in finding the perfect place to stay:

a) WHERE TO STAY?
The festival hub is the Keyone Hotel, located in the heart of the ski town Bad Gastein and home to various festival venues. Staying close to the hub is ideal, as all other venues are within walking distance. If you don’t find suitable options in Bad Gastein itself, often more affordable accommodations are available in the neighboring towns of Passau, Böckstein, or along the route to Bad Hofgastein. These destinations are connected to Bad Gastein by the Ski Bus.

b) WHICH BOOKING PLATFORM IS BEST?
The local tourism association’s website offers the best booking options, with more affordable choices that include 4-person flats often unavailable e.g. on booking.com.

BADESCHLOSS
Right at the pulse of the festival action: Straubingerplatz and the rushing waterfall are always in view. A modern traditional hotel, which revives the bathing culture in the heart of Bad Gastein.

Water as the universal element of life. Symbol of flow and medium of purification. Bathing as a symbol of revitalization. The tub as a manifestation of leisure and inspiration.

The hotel: a brand new (opening Dec 2023) place of encounter and bubbling exchange. Highlight will be the infinity pool on the roof and spa area, the best one in the Gastein valley.
THE COMODO
The cōmodo is a new design and wellness hotel in mid-century style, located in Bad Gastein, Austria. The former clinic building was completely renovated in 2022 and lovingly reimagined as a haven of well-being in the Alps.
HOTEL BLÜ
The BLÜ and Gastein can be so many things: a yoga hotspot, a skier’s paradise, a hiker’s dream. Or simply a cozy hotel where you’ll want to stay just one night longer. Whatever you’re looking for, there’s an offer that fits — for saving and savoring alike.
DAS REGINA
A cool new addition to Bad Gastein’s hotel scene — younger and more unconventional than its neighbors. Hotel Regina shines with the charm of a grand, wide, and above all, refreshingly unexpected world. More townhouse than hotel, it masterfully blends styles: from genuine golden Venetian flair to rustic Italian chic and a touch of shabby style.
MIRAMONTE
Capturing the essence of the Miramonte is no easy task. A dash of vintage homeland-film aesthetic, two fingers of design classics, a pinch of hipster flair, a touch of The Magic Mountain atmosphere, a splash of glossy magazine appeal, and a slice of Alpine nostalgia — all topped off with a generous portion of chill-out vibes. Casually nestled on cowhide…
