For the first edition of GRAND LIGHTHOUSE we do not (yet) offer packages with accommodation. However, we do offer official partner hotels (see list on the website) where you can book directly through their website with discounted promo codes. Otherwise, we recommend you search or book for yourself via the various booking platforms (Gastein Tourism Association, Booking.com, AirBnb) in Bad Gastein and the surrounding area.

The timetable spans from Thursday evening to Sunday with pop-up events and side activities (e.g. Spa). In the afternoon, the program focuses on the mountain with ski lodge events on Friday and Saturday. Festival headquarters in the evening will be in the basement of the well-known Grand Europe Hotel. Additional venues will be announced on social media and on our website.

At the beginning, only 2- and 3-day passes will be offered. If there is still capacity available after that (first come, first serve), day & evening tickets will also be offered accordingly in advance and on-site.

As only festival passes without accommodation are offered for the time being, they cannot be cancelled, but they can be transferred to other persons.

The hut Bergstadl (Fri 12.-16.00) is only accessible via the gondola Stubnerkogelbahn valley station (pedestrians get off at ‘Mittelstation’!). When skiing down from the summit directly accessible via the ski slope. Last gondola descent 16.30!
The Bellevue Alm  (Sat 12.00-20.00) can be reached either via the single chairlift from the valley (Google Maps " Rodelbahn Bellevue Alm ") or via the ski slope from the Stubnerkogel.
At 16.30 is the last departure for those who want to ski/snowboard down. The 1-seater chairlift (skis must then be taken in hand) as well as the toboggan run will remain in operation until the end of the event (20.00) (exact times and updates will be announced via our social media channels on site).

The program point night ‘Nachtrodeln’ (tobogganing) is linked to the Bellevue Alm Open Air Rave as a downhill possibility, the toboggans can be rented at the top station of the single chair lift (right next to the Bellevue Alm) (one way downhill for 9.-). In case of demonstrably heavily intoxicated persons, the toboggan rental will be refused (alternative is then the downhill ride with the single chair lift).

Not from Lighthouse as the organizer. In addition to arriving in your own car, there are very good connections to Bad Gastein with ÖBB as well as with Flixbus from all over Austria and Germany (via Salzburg).

At the night events yes, at the Alm only limited.

The two open-air Alm events have enough capacity or in case of bottlenecks, everyone with festival pass gets fast-lane. The event venues at night are limited to festival passes.

The evening events are in the center of Bad Gastein and are easily accessible on foot. The daytime events are only accessible by lift (lift ticket to be paid directly at the box office).

The festival pass will be sent to you in advance by e-mail, with which you can pick up your festival wristband at one of the info points (exact details will follow or at the entrances to the individual events).
