You can easily enter our festival area with your own personalized ticket. Please note that only the room captain is allowed to check in and get the keys/hotel card.

We can make all your changes, depending on availability, if you want to change your room size or category, up to 30 days prior to arrival. After this date we will have to charge you a fee of €14 per change, 7 days prior to arrival it is a fee of €25 per change.

You can transfer your room to another person. If your roommates or one of them still wants to attend, you can send us an email with the name of the new room captain. If someone else wants to take your room, it's important that the new room captain has a profile. If he/she doesn't have one, he/she needs to create one on our homepage. After creating the profile, send us an email with the name and email of the new room captain and we will define him/her as the new room captain. A room swap is free and possible up to 30 days before arrival.

There is no general answer to this question, as the empty bed fee depends on the duration of the festival and the type of accommodation booked. Just send us an email to reservation@lighthousefestival.plus and we will get back to you with the cost asap.

Yes, the cost is based on our cancellation policy. This means that up to 30 days prior to arrival, the empty bed fee remains the same. After that date, the cost will increase according to our cancellation policy.

The tickets will be sent to you by mail within 7 days before the festival starts.

Yes, and please make sure you have a valid one!
Due to legal agreements it is allowed to enter Croatia with a passport that is expired (up to 5 years)*, but it is highly recommended to have a valid passport to avoid problems at the border*
(this only applies to Austrian citizens only)

From January 1^st, 2023, Croatia will have the Euro, so you can pay in Euro, and you don't need to carry Kuna anymore.
Unfortunately, your old Kuna can’t be exchanged at the festival site.

Yes, at the festival site you can find one behind the Lanterna reception. There is also a second one across from the Solaris reception. Two conventional supermarkets are within 5 minutes by car. These are also open on Sundays, sell cigarettes, food, and alcohol.

All apartments are provided with towels - you only need to bring your own beach towels. If you have booked our 4* hotel, beach towels are also included.

If you have a voucher, please choose your desired package and choose prepayment as your payment method. After that, email us your booking reference and voucher number. We will redeem it for you and send a new booking confirmation.

The lineup will be announced in phases. The exact schedule will be available on our Lighthouse Festival App shortly before the festival.

You can pay by card/phone/cashless at most of the bars.
If you need cash, there are two ATM machines available. (one next to Lanterna Reception, the other one next to Tamaris reception)

Yes. We even have a special discount for the locals and welcome everybody from the EX-YU region to join us, paying a reduced ticket price.

We have a festival emergency hotline, operating around the clock. The number will be communicated via our app, preceding mailings and on-site via maps and billboards. Please save this number 0043 676 844 011 834 in your phone. Be prepared to give some information on where to find you, or find someone you can tell you your exact location. Staff on ground can and will help you, no matter what. Please be aware that staff is technically not allowed to transport you on their vehicles.

Yes! The only thing that could cross your exit strategy could be our restrictions on night-driving in certain areas. Out of security reasons we restrict driving between 20-8h.

Our offer ranges from inexpensive, simple 2** standard apartments without breakfast, where you can cater for yourself, to high-quality 4**** hotel rooms or suites in our Exclusive Hotel including breakfast. The prices on the website are always per person for the advertised period. The prices for add-on nights or late check-out are also listed per person.
